The quality bag is great but way too small my cat weight around 11 lbs so it is really tight for him it can fit but is really uncomfortable also it would have been great if inside the bag was a fluffy and soft tissu

It should be lined in a soft cotton or canvas - the plastic lining makes my chihuahua slip all over the place.
I'm extremely happy with the Lion-Shaped Pet Canvas Shoulder Bag that we purchased for our large ginger cat. We used it for vet trips and it worked perfectly. Before the first use, we placed it on the couch and let our cat get his scent all over it to help him feel more at home. The bag is designed in such a way that our cat can see out of it and even sticks his head through the collar/hole by himself, which helps keep him calm during trips. Overall, I would highly recommend this bag to other pet owners.
As someone who has struggled to get my cat into traditional hard and soft carriers, I was pleasantly surprised by the ease with which he entered the Lion-Shaped Pet Canvas Shoulder Bag. In the past, my cat has always freaked out when I tried to put him in a carrier, but with this bag he gets in with no problem. I think it's because the bag allows him to see out and there isn't a 'lid' covering him, which he seems to dislike.
